The OBDCAR AFM/DFM Disabler is a plug and play device that allows you to keep your factory ECU intact while disabling the Active or Dynamic Fuel Management system in V6/V8 model General Motors vehicles. This means that your vehicle will always run in full cylinder mode, preventing the system from dropping cylinders.

Please note that the OBDCAR AFM/DFM Disabler is not currently compatible with 2019+ Silverado and Sierra models equipped with 5.3L/6.2L motors and 10-speed transmissions. Additionally, if you are not using the device for an extended period of time, it is recommended to remove the product to avoid battery drainage.

The setup process for the OBDCAR AFM/DFM Disabler is fast and easy. Simply plug the device into your onboard OBD-II port and it will immediately begin working to eliminate the AFM/DFM system. It will not reprogram your factory ECU, so you can simply unplug it to return to the original factory settings.
